DZO brewery was founded by two friends: Austin, a Medical Geneticist with a Ph.D from Oxford University and Viet, who graduated from one of the most prestigious party schools in America. With his scientific mind and passion for brewing beer, Austin has been crafting his skills for over 10 years all over the west coast of ‘Murica, from San Diego, California to Denver, Colorado. Not to be outdone, Viet has had over 10 years experience in the beer industry, consuming the product. With their expertise combined, they seek to brew the most exciting beer in Orange County, CA!
